OST’s Young Leaders Program transforms talented young sailors into confident Assistant Instructors, launching careers in watersports and beyond. Oxford Sail Training hosted the Sailability Challenger Regatta to celebrate 45 years of the Challenger boat, first launched at Farmoor Reservoir. George discovered sailing through his school’s OST programme and rose to become a lead instructor. Now an engineer at BAE Systems and a Naval Reservist, he credits sailing for developing the skills that shaped his career.
